At Vionic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day wear test on all shoes to ensure they meet your comfort and style expectations. If you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase, even if you've worn them outside.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Navigate to our online returns center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate your request.

  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason from the provided menu to help us improve our products.

• 3.
  Print Your Prepaid Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided at the end of the process and affix it securely to your original packaging.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized USPS location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
