How long does it take to break in new Vionic shoes?
We recommend wearing your new Vionic footwear for just a few hours a day during the first few days to allow your feet and body to adjust to the new level of orthotic support. You should be completely comfortable within one to two weeks.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day wear test on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with the support or style of your shoes, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, even if you have worn them outside.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
